Before the first day of school, please make sure your child's immunization records are up to date.

North Carolina requires students entering 7th grade to have:
✅ One dose of Tdap
✅ One dose of Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV)

Students without updated immunization records on file may be excluded from school until requirements are met.

Please schedule your appointment as soon as possible and submit updated records to the school.
