Northview Middle School Awards Day – Thursday, May 21
We will celebrate all grade levels on Thursday, May 21. Please review the schedule below and plan accordingly.
Due to a high number of visitors and limited parking, we ask for your help in keeping the day running smoothly:
• 6th and 7th grade visitors should arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before their ceremony
• All visitors should exit campus within 30 minutes after the ceremony ends
• Entry will be through the front main entrance, and all guests must sign in at the main office
8th Grade
Ceremony: 8:30–10:00
Visitor Arrival: 7:45
Clear Parking Lot: 10:30
7th Grade
Ceremony: 11:00–12:00
Visitor Arrival: 10:30
Clear Parking Lot: 12:30
6th Grade
Ceremony: 1:00–2:00
Visitor Arrival: 12:30

Northview Middle School is looking for adult volunteers to help serve as proctors during our End-of-Grade (EOG) testing window on May 12–15 and May 18–20.
We are asking our community to step in and support our students during this important time. Volunteers may sign up for one day or multiple days using the Google Form.
The volunteer time frame is 7:30 AM–12:00 PM, although some days may end earlier depending on testing sessions.
Your presence helps create a calm, supported testing environment for our students—and we truly cannot do this without you.
